Shipping & Delivery Policy

Owentra is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no physical shipping, courier, or delivery charges ever apply.

1. How the Service is delivered

Access to Owentra is provided electronically through your web browser at our website, together with an embeddable chat widget you install on your own site with a single snippet of code. There is nothing to ship.

2. When access is activated

• Free trial & Free tier: activated immediately when you create your account.
• Paid plans: the plan's features are unlocked on your account immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor, Razorpay. In rare cases where confirmation is delayed by the bank or network, activation completes as soon as the payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery charges

There are no shipping or delivery fees. The only amount payable is your chosen subscription fee plus any applicable taxes, as shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.

4. Problems accessing the Service

If your plan has not activated shortly after a successful payment, or you have any trouble accessing the Service, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
