How much does Owentra cost?
Paid plans start at $12/month (Starter), $24/month (Growth) and $49/month (Business), billed monthly. There's also a free plan at $0. Because Owentra bundles an AI chatbot, live chat, lead capture and ticketing in one tool, it typically replaces three or four separate subscriptions.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Both the free-forever plan and the 15-day free trial start without a credit card. You only add payment details when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Are there conversation or usage limits?
Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance and a number of bots and agents that scales with the tier. AI replies use metered AI credits so you always stay in control of spend. You can see the exact limits for each plan in the comparison table above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, with no long-term contract.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately so you unlock more capacity and AI features right away, and downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current cycle so you don't lose what you've already paid for.
